Family Account Login (2007-2008)
Welcome to The Potter's School's family account login page. If you have not yet established a family account for 2007-2008, please go to the family registration pages first. After you establish your 2007-2008 family account you can return to this page at anytime to log in to that account. From your family account page you can:
Modify your family information. This is especially important if you change your family email address. Failure to maintain a valid family email address in our records may result in your students being blocked or dropped from their classes without us being able to notify you. Since we contract with parents, we do not accept student email addresses in lieu of a valid family email address.
Add a student, delete a student, or modify student information. You can change all student information except the username, which we assign for you. You cannot delete a student unless you delete all course requests for that student.
Request or delete a course. Note that you must add a student before you can request a course for that student, and you can delete a requested course for only seven days after you request it. After that payment is due and you must contact the administrator to drop the class.
Switch a class section. To switch a class section, simply add the new section and delete the old one, but before you do please note that this resets your approval status for the course. Furthermore, if you try to switch into a full section, you will be placed on the waiting list, potentially losing your seat in the class. You should notify our administrator and the course's teacher when you switch sections.
View the approval status for each requested course. After you request a course you must be approved by the teacher. For each requested course you will see a code indicating your current status for the class. Hovering the cursor over the code will pop up a legend that explains what the code means.
View your account status. At the bottom of the page you will find a detailed billing record, including fees paid and balance owed. This information is updated based on our payment schedule and payments received.
Pay your bill. At the bottom of the page you will also find instructions for paying your bill.
