GP6 - Problems Connecting
Please follow the instructions based on what you see when you try to connect to your meeting:

  • If you see an error message about not having permission to access a meeting, please make sure you are logged into GP6 as the student enrolled in that class.
  • If you see an error message about the software being out of date, please update your GP6 or use the Chrome browser GP6.
  • If you see an error message about being unable to reach the web server, please try each of these until you are able to connect:
    1. Close/Quit GP6 and re-open it.
    2. Reboot your computer.
    3. Disable or configure all security, parental controls, and privacy applications and settings to allow GP6 to connect to operate unrestricted.
    4. Restart your router and reboot your computer.
    5. Visit TPS Support for more assistance.
  • If you immediately hear the "disconnect" sound each time you try to connect, please try each of these until you are able to connect:
    1. Close/Quit GP6 and re-open it.
    2. Reboot your computer.
    3. Disable or configure all security, parental controls, and privacy applications and settings to allow GP6 to connect to operate unrestricted.
    4. Restart your router and reboot your computer.
    5. Visit TPS Live Support for more assistance.
