To test the audio settings on GP4 follow the steps below.

Please disconnect if you are in a meeting in order to run the Audio Tuning Wizard.

1. Click the Audio Tuning Wizard button on the GP4 window.
   
   
2. Click the Start Test button.
   
   
3. Listen to the prompts and complete all 3 tests:
   
   Speaker Test
   
   -Click No if you don't hear the recording. (The system will search for another device and will try again. Continue to click No until you can hear the recording.)
   -Click Yes if you can hear the recording.
   
   
   Server Audio Test
   
   -Click No if you don't hear the recording. (The system will search for another device and will try again. Continue to click No until you can hear the recording.)
   -Click Yes if you can hear the recording.
   
   
   Microphone Test
   
   -Wait for the voice prompt to finish the instructions.
   -Speak into your microphone or headset.
   -Click No if you can't hear yourself. (The system will search for another device and will try again. Continue to click No until you can hear the recording.)
   -Click Yes if you can hear yourself.
   
   
4. Close the Audio Tuning Wizard after you have passed all the tests.
