Family Username or Password - How do I change my family account username or reset my password?
To change your Family Account and Parent StudyPlace username:

Your family username is your family email address. The primary email address on your Family account must be the same as your username, and if either are changed the other must change with it. To change your primary email address, please send an email from your current family email address on record to TPS Support requesting the change.

To reset your Family Account and Parent StudyPlace password:

  1. Go to your Family Account login:
  2. Click Login.
  3. Click Forgot Password.
  4. Enter your username (your account’s primary email address).
  5. You’ll receive an email with a link to reset your password. Click this link and enter your new password to complete the update. (If you don't receive the email within a few minutes, check your Spam folder.)
