Follow these steps to login, download, and install GP5 on a Mac:

Login to StudyPlace
  1. Go to your school's login page and enter your username and password
  2. Once you arrive at your user interface, click the Start button
  3. Select GP5 Setup to open the GP5 Setup window

Setup Procedures
  1. Click the button in Step #1 to download GP5.

  2. Go to the downloads folder on your computer and open the GP5 file. The GP5 application window will appear.

  3. If your window View is not set to as Icons (as shown above), use the View menu to set it to as Icons.

  4. Once the view is set to as Icons, click and drag the GP5 icon (A) to the Applications folder (B) and drop it.

    Note: Do Not double-click on the "A" icon to run GP5. Doing so will limit the functionality GP5 and it will not be installed in the Applications folder on the Mac.

  5. To start GP5, double-click the GP5 alias icon (C).

  6. Right click (control + click) on the GP5 application window and then eject the GP5 file.

    Note:For future uses of GP5 you can simply go to your Applications folder and launch the program from there since it has already been downloaded and installed.

  7. Return to your StudyPlace page and click the Done button to close the Download box.
