StudyPlace organizations who have opted to use the support services of The Potter's School (TPS) by checking the "Use TPS Technical Support" checkbox on the Options tab in Setup Preferences, will see a "Help" icon on their desktop. The "Help" icon will appear on the desktops of all users (admin, teacher, family, student).
Clicking the "Help" icon will open the Live Support window with a message from TPS concerning their hours of availability and more. In the middle of the text you will see an image for Live Support. If the image reads "Live Support Not Available" it means that the support personnel is not currently available to assist you. If the image simply reads "Live Support" then support is available.
Click the Live Support image to access chat support with a member of the TPS support staff.
