Hosts using dual the GP5 client to grant remote control to guests joining with Java will encounter problems if they have a dual monitor set up. This is a known issue. The Java client can not support multi-screen control. Two work around options:

1. Have host reconfigure his/her set up without multi-screens
   
2. Have the guest download the GP5 client and join with that instead of Java
