The default setting for the log details level in GP4 is Minimum.
This is the best setting to use unless you need to report an issue to Support and are instructed to set the logs to
All.
Please follow these steps if Support has requested that you set the log details to
All.
Once your technical issue is resolved, you should re-set the log level back to
Minimum.
Setting the Log Level to All in GP4
Windows Computers
- Select Preferences from the Tools menu in GP4.
- Click the General tab, set the Log Details to All and click the OK button.
Macintosh Computers
- Select Preferences... from the gp4 menu bar on the Mac (you may need to click on GP4 to see the gp4 menu).
- Click the General tab, set the Log Details to All and click the OK button.
